These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Holland Hall's website ("Holland Hall's website") and your relationship with Holland Hall Independent Estate Agent Limited (trading as Holland Hall ) ("Holland Hall ", "we" or "us"). Property Details provided by Holland Hall do not form part of any offer or contract and neither Holland Hall nor the property providers, their agents, employees or officers have authority to make, give or grant representations or warranties regarding any property.

all information provided on Holland Hall's website and in any other materials supplied by Holland Hall to the Customer is illustrative and for guidance only and Holland Hall makes no representation and gives no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of such information and whilst Holland Hall takes all reasonable steps to check the accuracy of the information it accepts no liability for any errors or omissions (including negligent error or omission).

  10.2.3

the appearance of any service provider within Holland Hall's website does not represent any guarantee on the part of Holland Hall as to the goods or services marketed by or made available through that service provider and Holland Hall is hereby exempt from any loss, damage, cost or expense of any type incurred in any way through matters arising from the provision of any goods or services by any service provider.

Our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

10.4

This clause 9 shall not limit or affect our liability if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.
