3. PROACTIVE SEARCH:
At the beginning of each home finding search we undertake a thorough analysis of all possible properties that match the initial search brief. We naturally include any properties that are being marketed through our own sales division and local estate agents. A 'long' list including a photograph of each property its location, garden size and estimated value (if not openly marketed) will be provided. This is then reviewed with the client to create the short list of properties which we will then directly approach.

4. PROPERTY VIEWINGS:
We will view the property in advance of yourselves to ensure the match is correct and then arrange all viewings at your convenience. We will accompany you on all viewings; advising on the negatives as well as the positives of each property.

5. NEGOTIATION:
Due to our extensive analysis of residential property prices in Hale, Hale Barns, Bowdon and Altrincham, we are in a unique position with regards to the negotiation of the purchase of a property. We are able to provide a full valuation report on every property that is viewed, thereby providing you with confidence that the price paid is a fair reflection of the current market value.
