Holland Hall Estates was started in late 2006 by Clive Hall, Managing Director, in the heart of Hale village.
The company has quickly become highly regarded for the quality of our marketing and ability to sell homes. Unsurprising to many, as Clive has a blue chip marketing and sales background gained whilst working at Mars, Walt Disney Co and LEGO.
Strong growth
Holland Hall has experienced strong growth in the South Manchester and North Cheshire areas. We now sell and let homes in Sale, Altrincham, Hale, Bowdon, Hale Barns, Didsbury, Timperley, Chorlton, Wincham, Appleton and Lymm.
Our success is down to the quality of our people who are hardworking and committed to providing a level of service and support to both buyer and seller which is rarely found in business, let alone in estate agencies!

Holland Hall is the only local estate agent to publish its own market price report every six months. The research required to publish such detailed property price analysis, guarantees our knowledge of local house prices is literally second to none.
